About Me   

Hi, I'm Hayley.

I have always been passionate about teaching. From a young age it was a desire of mine to emulate my classroom teacher and mark books with a red pen!

As I matured and carried out my teenage work experience in schools, I developed a real love for the thriving atmosphere of the classroom environment and the joy of teaching. I went on to study Primary Education at university, graduating with Ba Hons (Primary Education + QTS) and gained experience teaching in many schools in London.

In 2004, I made aliyah from England and began my own teaching curriculum based on the needs of my students. For some it was about starting from the beginning and learning the alphabet. For others it was progressing through the phonic rules and becoming independent readers.

Among my students there are many Olim who come with a high level of English abilities. Together we build a program that at first maintains their level as they adjust to learning a new language in Israel and then advances them forward with their reading, writing and speaking skills.

All lessons take place in my classroom where children can enjoy a number of resources to aid their learning. The atmosphere is calm, encouraging and enriching. Entrance to the classroom is through easy access from the street with many spaces for convenient parking.

The energy and enthusiasm I have for English teaching continues to grow as I have the opportunity to meet more students and educate them.
